| Description | Please join the New York State Training and Development Council (NYSTDC) in honoring Katherine “Kay” Champagne, the 2009 recipient of the Maurice Schwadron Memorial Award. In keeping with tradition, Kay's name will be added to the plaque that is displayed in the second floor lobby at the Office of Mental Retardation and Development Disabilities (OMRDD). This is a free event for NYSTDC members. Participants are responsible for obtaining supervisory approval prior to attending. |
