General Membership Meeting and Annual Election of Officers

Description	The NYSTDC By Laws call for the annual election of officers to the Executive Committee. The nominations include Chair-Elect, Secretary, and three Members-at-Large. Please review the 2009 Election Announcement and Call Letter which describes the election process and nomination instructions, as well as a description of the duties for each of the offices. All NYSTDC members are invited to run for office. Please note that only the NYSTDC Primary or Alternate Delegates will be entitled to cast one vote in this election. A list of Primary and Alternate Delegate representatives for each agency is available in the Resources section on the NYSTDC website, www.nystdc.org.
When	Friday, September 25, 2009 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Sign-in will begin at 12:30 p.m.)

Registration and Deadline	Nominations must be received by August 15, 2009. Please review the 2009 Election Announcement and Call Letter which describes the nomination process.
